Finding a new job is much more than a resume……are you ready?

Join with one of our long time NAJC members Steve Kaye in a monthly zoom 60-minute session to learn about the best practices of seeking a new position. Over the course of the year, Steve will share with the group, resume and cover letter foundations, preparing for phone, skype and in-person interviews, how to conduct due diligence about an organization, and other essential skills that are needed to succeed when you enter the placement process. Each session will start with a 30-minute practical teaching and then the forum will be open to group conversation. 

Steve has over twenty years in supporting and guiding clergy and organizations/congregations as they learn about and engage in the best practices of hiring, engaging and onboarding new personnel. Over the years Steve served as a hospice chaplain, director of chaplaincy, and congregational rabbi. Along with his involvement in NAJC, he is a 25-year Denver Police chaplain and the Red Cross Regional Spiritual Care Advisor for Colorado and Wyoming.
