If you are an NAJC member, please use the primary email address for registration that NAJC has on file for you in order to qualify for the NAJC member registration rate.

Please note: The member registration rate is contingent upon you staying in the conference room block. Unless you live within 50 miles of the DoubleTree, you will be charged a $100 fee for not staying as part of the room block. The sleeping room rate is $159 per night. We will accept reservations at the conference rate of $554 up to and including May 1, 2025. All NAJC-member conference registrations received on or after May 1, 2025 will be charged $654. The non-member rate will also go up to $754 on May 1, 2025. Any registrations that come in after May 5 will NOT be included in meal counts.

Board certified chaplains may claim up to 25 hours of continuing education in Methodology 1, "Attending Educational Events." If you are unable to attend the full conference, you may claim continuing education for the number of hours you attend the conference.
